Welcome to Basha Mediterranean Eatery & Café - where authentic Mediterranean flavor with a Lebanese heart meets fresh, fast-casual hospitality here in Rochester, NY.
At Basha, we’re dedicated to exceptionally fresh, affordable, healthy food made with classic techniques, bold spices, and thoughtful presentation. Expect favorites like shawarma, kabobs, falafel, hummus, baba, and vibrant salads like tabbouleh and fattoush - plus sweet treats like baklava.
Basha is owned by Bassam “Sam” Khalil, originally from Beirut, Lebanon, who built Basha around recipes that “guarantee happiness” - with efficient, friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere (and a warm hello from Sam and his wife, Samar, when you stop in).
